Use: As a dietary supplement. Helps build red blood cells.*
Directions: Adults: take 1 tablet daily with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal.

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, yellow #6 lake, acacia gum, maltodextrin, blue #1 lake, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate.
